Do I really need to get it serviced? I've never needed it...

Unfortunately the Ops Teams in KSS have had this reply more than once when trying to book in a routine Ansul R-102 Service.

Thankfully most of the KSS Clients understand the importance of adhering to the service protocols, and so when a client had a kitchen fire in Mid January, almost a month to the day that KSS had completed the Service if the Ansul System in Mid December, the Ansul R-102 System did what it was designed & installed to do - it automatically discharged and suppressed the fire. 2 hours later the kitchen had been cleaned, contaminated foods & oils discarded and the kitchen was fully operational again. Within a few more hours KSS Technicians were on site to complete a full blow-through, refill & rec-commission of the system.

Thankfully most of the KSS Clients understand that skipping maintenance might save a little today but could cost everything tomorrow.
